The powder coating combination " Toxic Tonic " is an intense, metallic shade reminiscent of a fluorescent poison. The bright yellow-green has a striking sheen and appears almost radioactive. The shade creates an electrifying effect and is perfect for bold and eye-catching designs. Although very bright, it can still have a certain depth and complexity, exhibiting different shades and reflections depending on the light and background.
The bundle consists of two equal parts : Silver Substratum and the desired color glaze .
Application
Suitable for corona and tribo processes. Please refer to the glazes' technical data sheets when applying.
Pretreatment
Grease, oil, scale and oxidation products must be removed from the surface before coating.
Recommendation for outdoor use
Additionally, you can protect the surface from UV radiation with a clear coat , which can alter the gloss level and color effect if desired. We also recommend applying a primer before applying the product outdoors. Please note that a multi-layer system requires a higher performance coating machine, otherwise adhesion problems may occur!
Recommended burn-in time
The colours must be baked at an object temperature of 180 °C for approx. 15 - 20 minutes.
