Our heat-resistant powder coatings are thermosetting powders based on silicone resins. They have the property of high heat resistance up to temperatures of up to 560 °C. When processing, it is essential to follow the instructions!
The workpieces may only be cleaned mechanically, it is recommended to refrain from prior chemical cleaning.

Grease, oil, scale and oxidation products must be removed from the surface before coating.

Recommended curing time
At 230 °C object temperature 20 min.
At 40 - 50 μm film thickness 13 m²/kg
Optimum film thickness
- for a 1-layer application 40 - 50 µm
